Dr. Eric MUGABO is a medical doctor and a public health enthusiast dedicated to transforming the healthcare sector across low and middle-income countries through research and innovation. He is the Co-founder and the Executive Director at OAZIS Health where he works to improve health outcomes in Rwanda by employing cost-effective and innovative digital health solutions to tackle the most pressing health threats including Antimicrobial Resistance, and mental health among others.

Dr Eric MUGABO has served in distinguished healthcare leadership positions and this equipped him with a potential understanding of how healthcare systems in low and middle-income countries work. He strongly believes that sustainable and impactful healthcare solutions require continuous learning and development to adopt emerging methodologies and technological advancement.
